2020 State Fair of VA

As most of you know, the State Fair has been cancelled this year. The 4-H and FFA livestock competitions are still going to be held in Doswell on October 2-4.

Health papers are required, so please contact our office as soon as possible to schedule your exam.

To comply with new state and federal guidelines regarding health papers, we are now using an on-line system to create these papers. The on-line system requires more detailed information than what we have needed in the past. You can find a fillable PDF under FORMS here on the website that has all the information we need. You can email the completed form to louisavet@gmail.com.

Although the new format is more complex to start, once your basic information is in the on-line system, it is much easier to generate new health papers for other events.
