Fair dates are: September 29th to October 8th, 2019

Health Certificates are required for entry into the State Fair. If you haven't already made an appointment, call the office now to set one up at 540-967-2974.
Remember - you are not the only client going so last minute requests for a certificate may not be honored.
Here's what you need to send to us 48 hours prior to the appointment via email at louisavet@gmail.com:
PERMANENT Identification # - not the name or farm ID of the animal
Sex
Breed
Birthdate or age

This is needed for each animal.
A health certificate is issued for only one species, so you may need two if your are bring your cow and goat!
